My philosophy of discipline allows for children to grow up having organization, compassion, and the abilities to reach for the stars.An organized classroom is a must for the children to be successful. It allows for the children to know our learning filled room has a place for everything. Organization creates the perfect and safe learning experience for each and every child. It also, gives the children a clear understanding of all the discipline procedures.No matter where the child comes from they need to be treated with compassion in one way or another. The children will realize they are here to learn in a compassionate environment including all the discipline procedures which are in place.
Children have assorted abilities, but when it comes to discipline procedures they are all equal. They are capable of mastering all procedures to their fullest with small abilities needed. This ensures the classroom is run in a safe and orderly manner at all times.
